Meraj Travel & Tours was founded to solve a specific problem: families in northern Italy booking long-haul flights and pilgrimages online, then discovering too late that the ticket had the wrong baggage allowance, the visa file was incomplete, or nobody would answer the phone when a flight was cancelled.
We opened a proper office in Cesano Maderno so travellers could sit down with someone who understands both the Italian paperwork and the realities of travelling to Pakistan, India, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Morocco. Over five years we have grown almost entirely through word of mouth in our community.
Today we issue tickets on every major airline, prepare visa applications for six consulates, and send pilgrims for Umrah each season. What has not changed is how we work: you talk to a person, you get a written price, and you keep our number for the whole trip.
