Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of this website and the travel services provided by Meraj Travel & Tours S.r.l.s. They do not replace the specific contract conditions issued with each booking.

1. About us

2. Quotes and prices

This website does not publish prices. Airline fares, hotel rates and exchange rates move constantly, so every journey is quoted individually for your dates and party. Nothing on this site is an offer: the only binding price is the one in the written quote we send you, and it is valid for the period stated on it.

3. Bookings and payment

A booking exists once you have accepted a written quote and we have received the agreed payment or deposit. Tickets and documents are issued after payment. We issue an Italian invoice or fiscal receipt for every transaction. We never request card details by WhatsApp, email or social media.

4. Travel documents and visas

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any required visa, and for the accuracy of the names and dates you give us — an incorrect name on a ticket can be expensive or impossible to change. We assist with visa applications but the decision rests entirely with the consulate, and our service fee covers our work regardless of the outcome.

5. Changes and cancellations

Airlines, hotels and tour operators set their own change and cancellation rules, and these apply to your booking. Our own service fee is generally non-refundable once work has begun. The exact conditions for your trip are given to you in writing before you pay.

6. Liability

Where we act as an intermediary — selling a flight, a hotel or a package organised by another operator — the supplier is responsible for delivering that service. Our own liability is governed by the Italian Codice del Turismo (Legislative Decree 79/2011) and applicable EU legislation. We strongly recommend travel insurance, which we can arrange.

7. Website content

We take care to keep this site accurate but cannot guarantee that every price or detail is current at the moment you read it. Text, layout and the Meraj Travel & Tours name remain our property. Photographs are illustrative and may not depict the specific hotel or aircraft in your booking.

8. Complaints and applicable law

Please raise any complaint with us in writing as soon as possible so we can put it right. These terms are governed by Italian law, and the court of Monza is competent for any dispute, without prejudice to the mandatory protections available to consumers.
